In their contribution to AGEFI Luxembourg (June 2016 edition), Patrick Goergen and Philippe Lacourt have analyzed the first report done by the European Commission on the Investment Plan for Europe on 1 June 2016. The possible improvements and next steps, as well as projects already granted financial aid are presented in this report.
