
Ryanair is now operating from Luxembourg to London Stansted and Porto since 9 November. Three other routes (Madrid, Lisbon and Bergamo) will open in 2017. But please pay attention to their general terms and conditions.
In fact, Ryanair is obliging their customers to proceed with claims based on European regulation 261/2004 directly with Ryanair and not to assign any claims to companies and third parties other than accompanying persons (articles 15.2. and 15.4. of the general terms and conditions, updated on 18 October 2016
Such provisions are limiting the rights granted by European regulations and could be challenged.
