The press of 25.6.2016 related about a 5 hours delay of the Luxair evening flight from Hamburg (via Saarbrücken) to Luxembourg (planned departure time 19.55 h, planned arrival time 21.55 h). The company was reproached insufficient flexibility and information in the relations with employees and passengers. CFL – Train punctuality drops in 2015

 According to CFL 2015 annual report, train punctuality has dropped in 2015 to 90,9 % (versus 92,6 % in 2014). What about compensation to passengers ?
